6 week plan

A 6 week plan designed for seasoned individuals with solid base of strength and capacity.

Picks up from the 2nd phase of the 12 week plan.

Initial 3 weeks focus on creating specific base for intensity building in following 2 weeks.

Weeks 4-5: Play out specific competition pieces to establish aims, paces, and strategies.

Final week: Comp prep with reduced volume and intensity, focusing on recovery ahead of competition.
